___________Journey around the Western Hemisphere____________ This Map shows a fifty six year journey looping the Americas. Thanks to three US Navy ships & two Holland America ships I have been able to accomplish the following: Sail along West Coast of the Americas from Vancouver, BC to and thru Strait of Magellan. North from the Strait of Magellan along East Coast of the Americas to St John's, NL. I have passed thru Panama Canal twice once going south & once going north. Approx 53 different ports of call in the fifty six year journey. Also I have been able to traveled across Canada from St John's, NL to Vancouver, BC. Traveling overland via tractor/trailer, ferry, car, pickup with & without 5th wheel trailer and train. Even though I have not traveled via Trans Canada Hwy from start to finish, I have traveled from starting city of St John's, NL to ending city of Nanaimo, BC on Vancouver Island. Approx 4500 miles. Anita has traveled most of the way except drive across Newfoundland & stretch from Hartland, NB to Rivière-du-Loup, QC approx 736 miles. Visited: South America Countries - Anita 1 & Me 7 Central America (Anita & Me) - 4 countries North America (Anita & Me) - 49 states, 10 provinces and 1 territory along with all 60 capital cities visited.
